Constitutional Act

of 27 February 1968

 amending art. 91 of the Constitution

The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic enacted the following Constitutional Act:

Section 3 of the following wording is attached to the article 91 of the Constitution in the wording of the Constitutional Act no. 110/1967 Coll.:

§ 1

“(3) In the capital city of Slovakia Bratislava there is the National Committee of the capital city of Slovakia Bratislava and district national committees; particular regulation of their status and competences is enshrined in the act of Slovak National Council.”

§ 2

This Constitutional Act comes into effect the day of its promulgation.
